I teach you how to cultivate your own yoga practice and help you to discover your full expression of yoga in a healthy and safe way! ​I offer 1-1 in person and online private mentoring sessions to help guide your Yoga practice.
These sessions are ideal for those looking for support and attentive teaching on their yogic path.
Child's Pose

1-1 Yoga

A 60 minute 1-1 yoga session with private guidance, personalised alignment & attentive support on your yoga journey in the comfort of your own home space, either online via Zoom or in-person*. These sessions are designed to help you deepen your current at-home yoga practice. Even if you are a complete beginner to yoga, these 1-1 session will give you the tools to cultivate your own yoga practice.

Whether you are working on your mental health or you are working towards a peak pose such as the splits or wheel pose, whatever your reasons, your private session will be tailored to suit you, your needs & goals.

A consultation is included in this service to ensure we can deliver a successful and effective design of your personalised programme.

*(Please note in-person sessions are only available to those living locally within Lincoln, UK and surrounding villages)
