Please seek advice from your physician before taking on any new exercise regime or are pregnant. In participating in the classes, workshops and/or private sessions, online and/or in-person with Emily Warrior Yoga, you agree that it is at your own risk. Only do what feels comfortable and rest when you need to, you don't need to do all of the exercises practised. Only you know your body best and how it feels and if something doesn’t feel right, come out of the pose or apply suitable modifications to make the pose more accessible to you. You should understand that participating in any exercise programme, there is the risk of physical injury. In voluntarily participating in any of these services, you assume all risk of injury to yourself and agree to release and discharge Emily Warrior Yoga from any and all claims or causes of action.
