Service Description

A 60 minute mat-based Pilates class that focuses on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Each class we will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes are for all levels, including complete beginners, each exercise will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 1 hours before the class is due to begin. Any cancelations made with less than 1 hours notice will not be refunded but can be rescheduled.
